CHILDREN’S WORSHIP is held the second and fourth Sundays of each month. After the story moments at the 11:00 worship in the Sanctuary, children in kindergarten through fifth grades are invited to the Chapel for a children’s worship service.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
We seek to develop the ability to:
- interpret the Bible as a unique medium through which
God chooses to speak to people.
- understand the significance of the life of Jesus as
He fulfilled the role of God’s anointed one, and the
commitment to apply Jesus’ way of life to present day
situations.
- deal with ethical issues and work toward the solution of
contemporary personal and social problems in light of our
Christian faith.

Other Opportunities for Study
Upper Room: The church makes the Upper Room, a devotional magazine, available to church members and visitors at no charge. Devozine is available for teens and Pockets is available for children.
Messenger: The church enters a subscription to Messenger for every family unless requested not to.

Adults are encouraged to attend any Sunday school class and to switch classes if there is a topic that appeals to them.

The Gap:
Room # 33 Conveners: Paula & Brad Neher, Tim Kreps, and Mike Taylor
This group of young adults discusses current events and personal spirituality. Exploring faith through the lens of life’s transitions.
Agape Fellowship:
Room # 32 Conveners: Class members take turns leading discussions of their interest. This class is made up of adults who are establishing careers or beginning marriages and families.
Sojourner Class:
Room #12 Conveners: Dwynn & Tony Stovall
This class studies a variety of topics dealing with faith issues in family life.
Seeker’s Class:
Room #13-15 Facilitator: Randy Mitchell
This group follows “Screening the Movies,” a discussion using cultural references to apply Biblical text.
Altruistic Class:
Room: Chapel
A class of older adults, but open to all ages. Lively discussions are centered on topics of interest and social concern.
Open Door Class:
Room #14
A class of older adults studying the International Lessons for Biblical Study.
Millennium Circle:
